My primary therapeutic approach involves cognitive behavioral techniques which are based on the belief that our thoughts influence our feelings and behaviors. If we change the way we think, it can help us act and feel better. I help children, teens, and parents dealing with anxiety, grief/loss, anger, phobias, and school difficulties.
